As a certified IT Security Manager, I support companies in setting up and operating an ISMS in accordance with ISO 27001, taking the new NIS-2 requirements into account. The focus of my cybersecurity consulting is on critical infrastructure companies in the transport and logistics sector.

I am also a shipping specialist and therefore have a professional focus on the transport and logistics industry. At the shipping company Hamburg Süd I was responsible for project controlling, change request handling, QA and cultural coach for offshore software development in India. As project manager for Panalpina in Basel, I was responsible for the development of a sea freight broker system. As a consultant at Lufthansa-Systems, I brought this expertise to bear in the area of cargo revenue management at Lufthansa Cargo and the railway company Kombiverkehr.

I am ITIL-certified and have introduced change and release management processes in accordance with ITIL at both project and group level. At the Hamburg Süd shipping company, As ITIL Change Manager ich was in control of the global IT infrastructure. 

During my work in the public sector with access to sensitive federal and state infrastructure, I was checked by the German security authorities (BKA and BND) and received all the necessary security clearances (SÜ2). 

As an interim manager, I took over the management of the IT department of a shipping company and was responsible for the project management office (PMO) of a mobile payment start-up based in Luxembourg and Hamburg. 

As an e-commerce specialist, I cover all e-commerce consulting fields from concept to roll-out in the B2B and B2C sectors. My experience comes from project assignments at Tchibo (Germany and Turkey), Villeroy & Boch, Henkel/Schwarzkopf and SPAR in Austria, among others. I worked as an interim shop manager at Dehner Gartencenter (dehner.de). In the telecommunications sector, I successfully implemented e-commerce solutions for HanseNet (now O2), Telekom Italia, BBned, Amsterdam and Telia Danmark.

I acquired my entrepreneurial skills as CTO when I founded the start-up metaship AG and managed my online agency KOLONmedia. In 2016, I joined the consulting firm accentis E-Business Solutions GmbH as a partner, which focussed on the digital transformation of medium-sized companies. We sold the company in 2018.
